As promised, the 28-year-old accompanied Sergeant Scott Moore to the Marine Corps Ball in North Carolina last week, after he requested her company via a YouTube clip earlier this year.
She's the second celeb to date a Marine recently, with Justin Timberlake, Mila's Friends With Benefits co-star, also attending a Ball last week after being asked out by a lady Marine, Corporal Kelsey De Santis.
A marine spokesman told media that Mila enjoyed the evening with her uniform-clad Marine, saying: "It's good that she got to come on a date with a Marine."
