The custody battle between Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster is getting nasty y'all!
Earlier this week Tameka filed court papers to get sole custody of the couple's two kids, claiming Usher is a crap dad and owes her heaps of cash…and now she's added drugs to the mix.
Tameka claims her ex-hubby isn't fit to be a dad because he likes to party, and claims she has proof in the form of a video of the star "in delirium" during a concert in January.
The 40-year-old stylist is demanding Usher takes a drug test, saying: "I really feel strongly that something was going on there, and it wasn't: 'Oh I have laryngitis.' I believe he gets high. And if he doesn't then he'd take the drug test, right?"
But Usher's hit back at his baby mama, saying her drug test request is "frivolous and unfounded" and intended to "harass and embarrass."
Maybe the singer should seek advice from Justin Bieber on this one…he knows a thing or two about getting tested to prove innocence.
