French River Took a Life of a Rugby Player Kelly Meafua

According to a statement from the French rugby club US Montauban, One of their team member a 32 years Kelly Meafua died in a tragic incident of dawning in the Southern French River. One of his team mate tried to rescue him but didn't succeed.
