According to police, at least 21 people were killed including 19 children, a teacher and an adult when an armed suspect Salvador Ramos, 19, opened fire at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde. The shooter has also shot his grandmother but she survived. The suspected shooter assumed to be dead might be in a police encounter.
