Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams are officially married.
The radio host, Well Adams, 38, officially tie a knot with her fiancée, actress and singer, Sarah Hyland, 31, at the Sunstone Winery in Santa Ynez, California.
The couple's reception was attended by "Modern Family" cast including Sofia Vergara, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Justin Mikita, Julie Bowen and Nolan Gould.
Last month, Hyland was invited on "The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon" and thanked them for being interviewed for Love Island, she posted series of photos on her Instagram account and wrote,
"Thank you for having me @jimmyfallon 🧡 Loved talking @loveislandusa with you! DIP IT IN RANCH @fallontonight is always just a bag full of bologna 😜 📸: @toddowyoung / @nbc"
