Olivia Wilde demonstrated her chic sense of style in a black long sleeve and salmon pink pants while stepping out in Hollywood, California on Sunday evening.

Following a drama-filled Venice Film Festival appearance last week, the 38-year-old actress appeared in good spirits as she took photos with fans  on her latest outing.

The mother-of-two accessorized her stylish ensemble with a brown Gucci crossbody bag with a black, green and red striped strap and her blonde hair in beachy waves.

Just days prior, the mother-of-two hit back at circulating claims she cheated on her ex-partner Jason Sudeikis with new boyfriend Harry Styles - branding the rumours 'horses**t'.

Her upcoming new film, Don't Worry Darling, which marks her sophomore movie as director, also premiered during Venice Film Festival last week - receiving a bout of mixed reviews.

But it was the drama off-set that hit headlines, including Olivia's relationship with leading man Harry Styles - who plays character Jack Chambers.

The pair went public with their romance in January 2021, while filming was ongoing for the new release.

It came just two months after the end of Olivia's relationship with fiancé of seven years Jason - with rumors beginning to circulate that there was a crossover between the two relationship timelines.

But while appearing on the cover of Vanity Fair this week, the director and actress shut down any cheating claims - assuring the romance between her and Jason was over 'long before' she and Harry became romantic.

She told the publication: 'Like any relationship that ends, it doesn't end overnight. Unfortunately, Jason and I had a very bumpy road, and we officially dissolved the relationship towards the beginning of the pandemic.'

'We were raising two kids during lockdown, so we co-parented through that time. Once it became clear that cohabitating was no longer beneficial for the children, it became the responsible thing to not, because we could be better parents as friends who live in different houses,' Wilde explained.

Despite an initial amicable split, her former partner raised eyebrows for serving the House actress custody papers on stage at the 2022 CinemaCon in front of 4,100 film industry executives back in April.

'So many people were shocked on my behalf,' she said. 'Unfortunately, I wasn't that shocked. There's a reason that I didn't stay in that relationship. Unfortunately, that was consistent with my experience of the relationship. So I was probably the least shocked.'

Still, she admitted the incident left her 'deeply saddened by it—and disturbed by it in lots of ways.'

While Wilde believes Sudeikis wanted 'to disrupt' her appearance, an insider close to him told the publication he 'had not known when or where the papers would be served and would never condone such a turn of events.'

Olivia shares her two children, Otis, eight, and five-year-old Daisy with Jason, who met on the set of Saturday Night Live back in 2011.

But amid the drama surrounding Olivia's love life, the filmmaker has also been hit by rumours of a feud with Don't Worry Darling's leading actress Florence Pugh.

Attempting to also put those claims to bed, she continued to Vanity Fair: 'Florence’s performance in this film is astounding. It’s just baffling to me that the media would rather focus on baseless rumors and gossip, thereby overshadowing her profound talent.'

'She deserves more than that. As does the movie, and everyone who worked so hard on it,' the filmmaker made clear.
