Tommy Little completed his English Channel swim between the U.K. and France last week.
The 37-year-old comedian and Project host revealed he swam the gruelling 92km challenge for charity during his Hit Network drive-time show Carrie & Tommy on Monday.
An earlier attempt by Tommy's relay team to make a crossing between the United Kingdom and Belgium in July had been cut-short by French authorities.
He told Carrie that he did not want to let down the charity involved - Spinal Cord Injuries (SCIA) - and was determined to have another crack at the swim.
Embarrassed over the failed attempt, he said he would do it again, 'in secret'.
Tommy said he told the three most important people in his life he was going to make a second go at the crossing:
'My mum, my manager and I told you, Carrie.'Proudly announcing that his relay team of swimmers had completed the channel crossing in 10 hours and 52 minutes, Tommy revealed he was desperately ill during the event.
'For the last fifteen minutes of my swim I was spewing underwater with every stroke,' Tommy said.
Later in the chat Tommy said that this year alone there had been 101 relays attempted in the English channel and his team was the '5th fastest.'
Carrie responded in shocked surprise: '[Your team] was the 5th fastest! With you in the team!' Tommy laughed along at the tease before admitting: 'Yeah, I know.'
According to the TV star, the earlier swim had been cancelled after his team had completed 53km of the swim.
He later posted a nude picture of himself standing in the bow of a boat, exposing his bare buttocks to his social media and he captioned the naughty photo: 'Au revoir motherf***ers.'
