Billie Eilish understands the allure of a good restroom selfie - especially one from the Met Gala!
On Tuesday, the 'Bad Guy' singer, 21, tweeted a bathroom mirror photo with Elle Fanning, Maya Hawke, and Halle Bailey taken the night before at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City during the legendary fashion event.
Eilish grinned in her gothic black lace gown, holding up her arm for the photo, while her friends gathered her in a variety of frilly white dresses.
The Great's Fanning, 25, mimicked Eilish's smile, while Stranger Things' Hawke, 24, stuck out her tongue. Meanwhile, Little Mermaid star Bailey, 23, showed some attitude in the playful photo.
In response to the "no smoking, no vaping" sign on display, Eilish shared a couple of her own "no smoking" sign stickers on Instagram.
The Met, Vogue, and Anna Wintour instituted a stringent "no-selfie" policy for the annual Costume Institute gala in 2015, claiming that phones for photography and social media were not permitted inside the event.
However, the golden rule has been consistently broken in 2015 and every year since. In 2017, Kylie Jenner raised the bar with her huge restroom shot, which included over a dozen celebs and other notable attendees.
Earlier in the evening, the "Happier Than Ever" singer showed off her full couture ensemble, which comprised a high neck, embroidered tulle skirt, and crystal harness, while posing on the red carpet.
She completed her look with dramatic lace sleeves, above-the-knee stockings, and tall platform heels, as well as black eyeliner around her eyes.
The Grammy-winning performer attended the Met Gala for the third year in a row, with the theme honouring late fashion legend Karl Lagerfeld.
Eilish revealed on Vogue's red carpet live stream that her gown was composed of "all existing materials so we didn't have to waste a bunch of stuff — this all already existed, and [we] just wanted to be as eco-friendly as possible."
