The claws are out, and neither Denise Richards nor Erika Jayne are backing down from the fight.
On Wednesday's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Denise, 52, and Erika, also 52, continued to brawl over an incident that occurred on the Bravo show in 2019, where Erika brought up the topic of threesomes at a barbecue where Denise's children were present.
David ˹eventually˺ ruled, “He has definitely wronged you in demanding ˹to add˺ your sheep to his. And certainly many partners wrong each other, except those who believe and do good—but how few are they!” Then David realized that We had tested him so he asked for his Lord’s forgiveness, fell down in prostration, and turned ˹to Him in repentance˺.(The Quran - Chapter Sad : 24)
Calling Erika "unbelievable" for referencing her daughter Sami's OnlyFans account, the Starship Trooper alum doubled down on her claims that the "XXPEN$IVE" singer had engaged in inappropriate conversation around her teen daughters.
Erika, on the other hand, noted that the other housewives at the party had been engaged in similar topics and Denise, herself, had bragged about the size of her husband's unmentionables.
"Listen, Denise I have nothing left for you," Erika said after noting how the two squashed their beef long ago. "You can think however you want of me. You can feel however you want. I have nothing left to say."
"I didn't want this fight," she added to Denise, who didn't seem too convinced.
"Yeah, you did. You needed it to get off of all the other s--- going on in your life," the actress fired back, fending off Erika's protests. "Absolutely. That's what you do, you deflect ... stop being so condescending."
When Erika denied creating drama in order to deflect her issues, Denise quipped, "And you're the one that claims you didn't know $20 million dollars was deposited in your f---ing account?" referencing her ex-husband Tom Girardi's wire fraud controversy.
"You hit below the belt," she continued as Erika demanded Denise "f-- off" after she'd had her "chance" to confront her at Kyle Richards' THC party earlier this season.
"Don't come for me when you're on OnlyFans for $7," Erika huffed in a conversation with cameras.
In February 2023, Tom was indicted on fraud charges for allegedly stealing from the victims' families of a 2018 plane crash. According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Tom, 83, has been charged with eight counts of wire fraud and four counts of criminal contempt of court by a federal grand jury in Chicago.
Erika eventually filed for divorce from her estranged husband in November 2020 after 21 years of marriage when the racketeering and embezzlement allegations began to rise. Allegations included both a criminal and civil suit, the latter of which named Erika as well.
Erika maintained that she was unaware of Tom's alleged criminal actions in regards to the victims of the 2018 plane crash and in August 2022, Erika was cleared of one said accusation.
Documents obtained through Erika's lawyer stated that "no evidence exists to support an 'aiding and abetting' claim against Ms. Girardi, which reinforces the propriety of summary judgment,” as a court found Erika had “no knowledge” of the wrongdoings.
"Two years now down the road, we're getting some really great rulings, and I'm grateful for that," she said during the RHOBH panel in October at BravoCon 2022. "And more to go... So I'm in a much better place, and I'm grateful for that."
Amid the legal woes, Tom has been living "restricted memory care unit" at an assisted living facility since October 2022, following his dementia and late-onset Alzheimer's disease diagnosis in March 2021. On Tuesday, a federal judge determined that he was competent to stand trial.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
