Sean Lowe is sharing a funny parenting moment!
On Saturday, the Bachelor alum, 40, posted a video of his son Isaiah Hendrix, 5, taken as Lowe's family was enjoying a meal out at a restaurant.
"Isaiah dressed himself today," the former reality star explained in the clip, as the camera showed Isaiah sitting in a booth, wearing a winter coat with the hood covering his head.

"What shirt did you wear?" Lowe asked his son, prompting Isaiah to zip open his coat to reveal his bare chest.
Lowe broke out laughing and Isaiah quickly re-zipped the coat, looking a bit sheepish.
"Crazy man," his dad joked.
Lowe — who also shares son Samuel Thomas, 7, and daughter Mia Mejia, 4, with wife Catherine Guidici Lowe — captioned the lighthearted video, "Middle Child Vibes," and further elaborated on the situation in the comment section.
"For more context, this was at a restaurant today. Didn’t realize he was shirtless until I told him to take his coat off," he wrote.
Sean's followers got a kick out of the relatable moment. "Practicing to be The Bachelor one day!" one person quipped.
Some followers shared similar stories about their own kids. "My kid did this and I didn’t realize until we were walking into his preschool 🤦🏻♀️," a fellow parent commented.
Last month, Sean experienced another notable dad experience — that feeling of being bowled over by your child's adorableness. Alongside a picture of Mia wearing a ruffly dress, he wrote, "We got Mia’s school photos back and it’s a good reminder to avoid having daughters if you can help it. They will wreck you."
While Sean clearly loves the dad life, he and Catherine — whom he met and fell in love with during season 17 of The Bachelor in 2013 — enjoyed a kid-free, pre-Christmas getaway in France to celebrate his 40th birthday.
"Celebrated 40 with my final rose recipient and it could not have been a better trip," he wrote, alongside a photo of the pair posing together. "We have fun together everywhere, but having fun in Europe sans kids is tough to beat. Now we’re back in Dallas and it can only be downhill from here."
Catherine shared her own photo from the romantic vacation, a shot of the couple cuddled up as the posed in front of a towering Christmas tree.
"I know I said he wanted to go to the Lakehouse with his parents for his 40th (s’cute, I know!) but he also wanted to go with me to the Christmas markets in France (swoon 😍)," she captioned the post
Last year, Catherine revealed that Sean was once set on having five kids — until the realities of parenting their current brood caught up with him.
"Then we had three, and we're like, 'Okay, that was a lot.' Five would be a lot. We could handle five, but we like our little group," she jokingly explained on an April 2023 episode of The Most Dramatic Podcast Ever with Chris Harrison.
