Each star has three children from previous relationships. Kardashian shares Mason, Penelope and Reign with her ex Scott Disick, while Barker is father to his son Landon, daughter Alabama and his stepdaughter Atiana, all of whom he shares with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
"I love the idea of a blended family. I think that the more kids, the merrier. You have all these siblings and more people to love. It's a beautiful thing," Kardashian said during the season 2 finale of The Kardashians.

Meet the kids of the big, happy, Kardashian-Barker family!
Atiana De La Hoya
De La Hoya is the daughter of Moakler and boxing champ Oscar De La Hoya and was 5 years old when Barker married Moakler. The artist-model shares a close relationship with her stepdad, even after Barker and Moakler's 2009 divorce.
In fact, after Barker's pancreatitis scare in June 2022, De La Hoya wrote a sweet message in her Instagram Story, thanking everyone for their support.
"Thank you for the outpouring of love and prayers sent our way at this time," she wrote. "It is heard, felt and appreciated Xx."
She's also a gifted artist who posts her work on her devoted Instagram account, and has made a career out of customizing and hand-painting designer bags. Her art is sought after by musical artists and celebrities, including Machine Gun Kelly, who copped a red Gucci bag with "Diablo" and "5:3666" painted on its side. Barker also scored a customized bag — a Louis Vuitton suitcase with a hand-painted skull.
In addition to her art career, De La Hoya has been modeling since her teens.
"I just wanted to hang out with friends," she told Page Six in 2021. "I didn't want to have a career or work."
But these days, she's signed with LA Models and posts her shoots on Instagram.
She also appeared on the MTV reality series Meet the Barkers in 2005, following the lives of Moakler, Barker and their family.
Landon Asher Barker
Barker and Moakler's son Landon was born on Oct. 9, 2003, and shares a passion for music with his rockstar dad. Since 2018, Landon has dropped a new song every year, including "I Don't Need Her," "Trust" and "Holiday."
The blossoming drummer also has film experience and appeared in Machine Gun Kelly's 2021 musical film, Downfalls High. Landon guest-starred alongside notable celebs such as Sydney Sweeney, Chase Hudson, Maggie Lindemann, Trippie Redd and Blackbear.
In June 2022, he began dating TikTok star Charli D'Amelio. However, the couple eventually called it quits in February 2024.
"We broke up to focus on ourselves," Landon wrote on Instagram. "We are still friends and have so much love for each other."
Alabama Luella Barker
The youngest of the Barker family, Alabama, was born into the spotlight (literally) in December 2005, where she was first introduced on season 2 of Meet the Barkers.
Like her older brother, she has pursued her passion for music. She's also built a large following on social media, turning to TikTok as an outlet (racking up over 3 million followers).
In addition to her dad's wife, Alabama has another connection to the Kardashian crew: She's best friends with Jodie Woods (younger sister of Kylie Jenner's ex-friend, Jordyn Woods).
Mason Dash Disick
Mason was born on Dec. 14, 2009, making him the first grandchild of the Kardashian family. KUWTK fans may recall Mason's birth, as it was filmed and aired on season 4 of the reality show!
Family means everything to the Kardashians, which explains Mason's middle name: It's a tribute to their last name and was the nickname of his late grandfather, Robert Kardashian.
Penelope Scotland Disick (a.k.a "P")
Born on July 8, 2012, Penelope is Kardashian and Disick's second child (and only daughter). Like her brother Mason, "P" was also born into the spotlight on KUWTK (don't you remember when Kourtney famously pulled her out with her own hands?).
Although Kardashian and Disick split in 2015, the exes have been committed to ensuring enough "family time" for their kids, including daddy-daughter dinner dates and spa days with mom.
Reign Aston Disick
The youngest of the Disick siblings, Reign was born five years to the day after his elder brother Mason. Kardashian gave birth to him on Dec. 14, 2014; unlike his older siblings, he was not born on camera. In fact, it took four months until a photo was released in April 2015.
Rocky Thirteen Barker
Kardashian and Barker welcomed their baby boy, Rocky Thirteen Barker, on Nov. 1, 2023.
"Kourtney is over the moon about her son’s arrival," one source told PEOPLE. "Her pregnancy took a stressful turn towards the end. She is happy to be able to snuggle her baby boy now. She feels so blessed."
A month later, the couple shared the first photos of Rocky on Instagram. Kardashian and Barker, who were seen cuddling the infant, made sure to conceal their son's face in the images.
After several unsuccessful rounds of in vitro fertilization (IVF), Kardashian announced her pregnancy at a Blink-182 concert in Los Angeles in June 2023. Standing in the front row, she held up a sign that said, "Travis I'm Pregnant." Barker immediately left his drum set, jumped off the stage and embraced Kardashian.
The pregnancy reveal was inspired by Blink-182's 1999 music video for their hit single All The Small Things. In the video, a screaming fan can be seen holding a similar sign.
A week later, Kardashian and Barker announced that they were expecting a baby boy. The couple revealed the sex of their child to friends and family by shooting off blue confetti cannons.
Barker talked about potential names in a GOAT Talk interview with Complex in July 2023.
"I like Rocky Thirteen," he said, later adding, "Rocky George played guitar for Suicidal Tendencies, and 13 is just the greatest number of all time." The drummer also noted that Rocky is "the greatest boxing movie of all time.”
In September 2023, Kardashian experienced a pregnancy complication and doctors had to perform an "urgent fetal surgery." Barker, who was on tour in Europe with Blink-182, flew home to be by her side.
"As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery," Kardashian shared on Instagram. "I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing."
