Kyle Gass is working on his health!

The Tenacious D musician, 63, posted an Instagram reel on Thursday showing his impressive weight loss transformation.

The video was set to the group's song "To Be the Best" and included two full-body images of Gass.

To Allah ˹alone˺ belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. He creates whatever He wills. He blesses whoever He wills with daughters, and blesses whoever He wills with sons,

(The Quran - Chapter Ash-Shuraa : 49)

On the left, the guitarist looks straight at the camera as he poses shirtless with his hands against his body. In the other, Gass flexes his arms, showing off his slimmer physique.

The rocker added in the caption, "#progressnotperfection #nothingtastesasgoodasthinfeels #dzercise."

His fans praised him in the comment section. "Health #1 in this life … perfection is a farce. Well done, my friend.❤," one Instagram user wrote, while another added, "Way to go 👏🔥🙌."

Apart from working on himself, Gass has also been busy working on new music with his Tenacious D bandmate Jack Black. The pair recently teamed up to record a rock rendition of Britney Spears’ “...Baby One More Time" for Kung Fu Panda 4.

Black, 54, who voices the character of Po in the film, spoke with reporters about the cover earlier this month at the Kung Fu Panda 4 premiere.

"Yeah. So, people don't know ... I don't even know if I'm allowed to say. I'm just going to give you the scoop, but the director, Mike [Mitchell], said, 'Hey. We'd love to have a Tenacious D song,' " said Black. "That's Mike right there ... 'at the end credits. Will you do a song?' "

He said Tenacious D was given the okay to cover Spears' hit 1998 song "because it's kind of in the vein of Kung fu."

Black shared in an April 2023 conversation that the project "he is most proud of in his own career" is one with Gass.

"In a weird way, it might be Tenacious D in the Pick of Destiny because that's the only movie that I wrote," he said of the 2006 music comedy. "So, that one is actually my real baby. Maybe it's not the best, but it is my proudest."
