Nearly three weeks after being rushed to the ICU following a performance in Arizona, Ford took a moment to convey his appreciation.

"I just want to tell you guys, thank y’all for all the prayers, the love, the comments, the messages. I got a long way to go, but I promise you this ol’ country boy will get back. It probably won’t be this year, and I hate I gotta miss all these shows, but I’m coming back," Ford stated in the video. "I’m coming back."

Ford extended his thanks to the many individuals who reached out and offered their assistance. Additionally, he expressed gratitude towards his family and his fiancée Megan for their unwavering support throughout his ordeal.

"It’s tough on everybody. You don't realize that until you get into a situation," he reflected. "Make sure you take care of yourself. Things can sneak up on you. But know that I’m coming back. I’m coming back, I promise you. I love y’all."

The star was admitted to the ICU at the Banner Desert Medical Center on April 4 after experiencing a heart attack following his performance at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row venue in Gilbert, Arizona.

A representative for Ford informed on April 8 that although he remained in the ICU, his condition was "steadily improving in a positive direction."

Ford’s fiancée Megan took to Instagram on April 13 to request prayers, revealing that he had gone into cardiac arrest and subsequently suffered a heart attack after the April 4 show.

"Eight days later, after dying twice, it is a miracle he is slowly recovering in the ICU," she shared. "The team of doctors and nurses at the Mayo Clinic have been an absolute Godsend and we could not be more grateful! Please keep your prayers coming and thank you everyone for all the love and support ❤️"

The Quran - Chapter Al-Jathiyah : 12 - 13

Allah is the One Who has subjected the sea for you so that ships may sail upon it by His command, and that you may seek His bounty, and that perhaps you will be grateful.

He ˹also˺ subjected for you whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth—all by His grace. Surely in this are signs for people who reflect.

اللَّـهُ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ‌ لَكُمُ الْبَحْرَ‌ لِتَجْرِ‌يَ الْفُلْكُ فِيهِ بِأَمْرِ‌هِ وَلِتَبْتَغُوا مِن فَضْلِهِ ("Allah is the One who has subjugated for you the sea, so that you may seek His grace, ... 45:12) ". Generally, when Qur'an uses the expression ` to seek His grace' it refers to exerting oneself in seeking one's livelihood.

Another meaning of the phrase could be that man has been given the skill to move the boats or pilot the ships on the surface of the waters so that he may carry out his commercial activities across the globe.

It is possible that ` seeking grace' does not have anything to do with the sailing of the boats or the ships.

Therefore, a third meaning is possible. ` Subjugating the sea' has a special meaning, that is, Allah has created many useful things in the sea and subjugated the sea for the benefit of mankind so that they may exploit the minerals and other wealth.

Contemporary science confirms that the oceans and seas have much more minerals and much more wealth hidden in them than in the dry land.
