In the first video, Kardashian was dressed in a sleek black sports bra and leggings, looking focused as she held 5-lb. weights in each hand. She smoothly squatted down, then rose up, all the while maintaining control with the weights. Her hair was neatly tied up in a bun, showing she meant business with her workout routine.
The second clip showed her lying on a black mat, her knees bent as she energetically pumped her arms up and down, holding onto the weights. It's clear she's dedicated to her fitness goals!
The founder of SKIMS mentioned that her workout session was part of trainer Senada Greca's "28-day challenge," and she had received a sneak peek of it. She also mentioned that the workout only took "just 20 minutes a day," but humorously admitted that she doesn't always stick to it.
Greca, on her Instagram Stories, shared that Kardashian had finished her workout on a high note, indicating she was putting in a solid effort. She also mentioned that the challenge would be officially launching on Monday.
Kardashian's recent gym posts follow her stunning appearances in waist-cinching corset outfits throughout the week. On Wednesday, May 8, the 43-year-old shared photos of herself donning a nude bodysuit, distressed leg warmers, gloves, and a black Margiela corset.
Just a few days prior, on Monday, May 6, the reality star graced the Met Gala red carpet in a sheer Margiela by John Galliano dress, featuring a lace train adorned with leaves, floral accents, and a silver corset, emphasizing a dramatically small waist, in line with the event's theme, "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion."
In an interview with Vogue, Kardashian described her look as representing "the wildest night of my life in a garden," conveying a spontaneous vibe by throwing on her "boyfriend's sweater" with tousled hair.
Additionally, Kardashian provided a behind-the-scenes glimpse into donning the tight corset in a Vogue video. While being laced into the garment, she breathed through her mouth, expressing admiration for how the corset accentuated her figure, making her waist and bust look "so good."
