Nina Dobrev is convalescing after a bicycle mishap.
The 35-year-old thespian disclosed glimpses of her injuries on Instagram on Monday, May 20.
Dobrev shared a duo of images on her profile: one portraying her astride a bike, attired in a sable cardigan and alabaster sneakers before the incident, and another depicting her ensconced in a hospital bed with a cervical brace, a knee support, and an intravenous drip.
She inscribed in the caption: “how it started vs how it’s going.”
In her Instagram Stories, the Vampire Diaries alumna uploaded a selfie from the hospital bed accompanied by a note, "I’m ok but it’s going to be a long road of recovery ahead."
She abstained from divulging further specifics about the accident.
Several of Dobrev’s colleagues from TVD extended their good wishes in the comments, with Kayla Ewell noting, “Making the hospital gown the new spring trend ❤️❤️ love you! Handling it like a champ!” and Claire Holt expressing, “Noooo so sorry! Feel better ❤️❤️❤️.”
Twilight luminary Ashley Greene remarked, “Always going big... 😉 heal fast,” while Julianne Hough added, “That’s my girl! 🫠 Obviously wouldn’t make jokes if you were not ok…”
Dobrev's enduring beau, Shaun White, 35, shared a snapshot on his Instagram Stories featuring Dobrev on a private jet post-release, her leg elevated and her knee supported by a brace.
The Olympian captioned the photo, tagging his girlfriend and embellishing it with three red hearts.
While conversing in 2022, Ewell extolled Dobrev’s enduring romance with White, 35, characterizing the duo as “jokesters.”
Dobrev elucidated on maintaining the novelty in her relationship during a January interview with PEOPLE, revealing that they “do date night every week.”

Al-Bait-ul-Ma` mur is the Ka'bah of the angels who reside in the seventh heaven. When the Holy Prophet ﷺ reached the seventh heaven on the Night of Ascension, he saw Holy Prophet Ibrahim (علیہ السلام) reclining with his back on Al-Bait-ul-Ma` mur.
It was Holy Prophet Ibrahim (علیہ السلام) who built the Ka'bah on earth, and thus the reward is compatible with his action in that Allah Ta’ ala has blessed him with a special connection with Al-Bait-ul-Ma` mur (IbnKathir).
