Jennie Garth, known for her role in "Beverly Hills, 90210," kicked off her day with an early morning workout alongside her daughter, Lola. This 7 a.m. exercise session garnered praise from Tori Spelling’s brother, Randy.

The 52-year-old actress posted a video on Instagram featuring her and Lola, her daughter with ex-husband Peter Facinelli, engaging in various exercises like lunges with dumbbells. "Who needs some motivation today? I know I did this morning!" Garth captioned the video, adding humor by questioning if Lola still thought working out at 7 a.m. was a good idea.

In the video, Garth sports a “‘90s” shirt, referencing the upcoming 90s Con Florida where she will reunite with her "90210" castmates Shannen Doherty, Tori Spelling, Ian Ziering, Brian Austin Green, and Gabrielle Carteris. As the workout progresses, she wraps her shirt around her head, revealing a coffee-colored sports bra that matches her workout pants, while Lola, 21, wears a New York Giants T-shirt.

“Jokes aside, I’m so happy I got this workout in,” Garth shared. “It’s my favorite way to re-energize during the week💕” Randy Spelling showed his support with a comment, “Get it!! 🔥"

Garth also offered fitness advice to fans. When one commented, “Great work. I have to start running 🙄🏃‍♀️,” she suggested, “start with just a walk 3x a week. ❤️” Another fan mentioned struggling with energy in the afternoons, to which Garth responded, “age is just a number! We can’t be stopped 💪🏼🩷”

Despite her current positive body image, Garth has previously struggled with it. On her podcast, "I Choose Me with Jennie Garth," she described her experiences as a roller coaster, particularly under the scrutiny of the public eye. She emphasized that each day is an opportunity for a fresh start.

“Every day you wake up is a new day to reset everything,” Garth explained. “How you want to feel, how you want to see yourself, how you want to see others. For me, starting the day with positive affirmations sets the tone. I tell myself today is going to be a great day, I love myself, and I’m going to take great care of you today.”
