Khloé Kardashian is on a path of recuperation following an injury. On Saturday, June 1, the 39-year-old reality star unveiled an inspirational video featuring her fitness endeavors with personal trainer Don Brooks, also known as Don-A-Matrix. At first glance, the video seemed like a routine workout session. However, the caption of her Instagram post disclosed a different story.
“I hurt myself and couldn’t workout the way I wanted to for almost 2 months,” the mother of two shared along with the montage of gym snippets. Nevertheless, Khloé indicated that she has been gradually making her comeback, stating, "little by little."
"A few more weeks and I’ll be there," she expressed optimistically. "Then — I have to stay ready so I don’t need to get ready."
Although she didn’t specify the nature of her injury, her exercise regimen appeared to be quite comprehensive, incorporating arm, core, and leg routines.
Khloé doesn't frequently share her fitness routines as much as other facets of her life, but when she does, it often includes special guests. In January, her sister Kim Kardashian provided a glimpse of a workout session with Khloé in a playful Instagram Stories post.
In the footage, the SKIMS founder, 43, performed deadlifts while her younger sister filmed and cheered her on from behind the camera. At one point during the workout, the Good American founder exclaimed, "Oh, my god."
She then inquired of Kim what she was training for, to which Kim swiftly responded, “Life,” a remark Khloé humorously countered with, “The Olympics.”
"Workouts @khloehardashian really do it for me 😝," Kim captioned the video.
Last year, Khloé also shared a workout featuring another special guest: her son, Tatum (whose name had not yet been disclosed at the time).
In April 2023, Khloé, who also shares a 6-year-old daughter, True, with ex Tristan Thompson, posted a series of videos where Tatum, approaching his second birthday in July, observed her workout from the sidelines.
The star engaged in exercises using cables and a yoga ball while her baby boy watched, and in one clip, her trainer Brooks crouched down to give Tatum a pep talk, endorsed by Khloé.
Recently, Khloé divulged details about her current fitness regimen, which she noted had been developed over several years.
While appearing on the health and wellness podcast SheMD last month, the reality star revealed to hosts Dr. Thaïs Aliabadi and Mary Alice Haney that she exercises five days a week.
As for the structure of her workouts? “Cardiovascular intervals with weightlifting," Khloé explained.
The Quran - Chapter An-Najm : 61
while persisting in heedlessness?
وَأَنتُمْ سَامِدُونَ (while you are engaged in vain play?....53:61). Samidun is the plural of "samid" from the root word sumud which literally denotes to be heedless. Samidun is used in the sense of ghafilun, meaning unmindful.
Some of the Imams have interpreted the word sumud to mean to sing. That meaning can equally fit or apply in this context.
