Ice Spice Does the Splits, Shows Off Fitness in New Video to Disprove 'Allegations' She's on Ozempic

Ice Spice continues to shut down rumors that she’s using Ozempic, sharing a video of herself working out at the gym to prove her point.

The 24-year-old “Princess Diana” rapper posted the workout montage with the caption, “we beatin them allegations bae 😂❤️💯.”

In the clip, Ice Spice, whose real name is Isis Naija Gaston, is seen wearing short black shorts and a cropped black hoodie while lifting barbells, doing planks, stretching, performing splits, and running on a treadmill, all while playfully flashing the peace sign.

The video is set to her own song, “BB Belt,” featuring the lyrics, “I'm a baddie like, f— how you feel.” She quoted this line in a recent Instagram post, sharing a series of bold selfies that highlighted her fitness progress, captioned, “like fck how u feel 😗,” with some slight censorship.

This gym footage follows Ice Spice’s comments on August 19 during an X Spaces chat where she addressed speculation that she’s been taking Ozempic, a diabetes medication that’s recently gained popularity as a weight-loss aid.

“I wish y'all never learned the word Ozempic. That's one thing I wish," she said. "Oh my God, like, what even is Ozempic? What the f--- is that? Genuinely, what is that?"

Currently on a world tour promoting her debut album, "Y2K!", Ice Spice insisted that her fit appearance is the result of her hectic schedule — not any medication.

"Like, you lazy ass bitches never heard of a gym?" she added. "It's called the gym. It's called eating healthy. It's called being on tour. Like, what the hell? Maybe if I was sitting home all day, it would be easier to stay big."

Despite her defense, some skeptics remain, with one commenter stating, “The allegations are lingering still.”

However, her loyal fans were quick to back her up, pointing out, “Mic drop 🎤 ozempic doesn’t make you toned. Tell em ice!”
