A four-time Grammy winner, the singer, songwriter and actress Olivia Newton-John passed away at the age of 73 at her Ranch in Southern California after suffering from breast cancer.
Olivia's husband John Easterling shared the devastating news of her death on her Instagram account and wrote,
"Dame Olivia Newton-John (73) passed away peacefully at her Ranch in Southern California this morning, surrounded by family and friends. We ask that everyone please respect the family’s privacy during this very difficult time."
"Olivia has been a symbol of triumphs and hope for over 30 years sharing her journey with breast cancer. Her healing inspiration and pioneering experience with plant medicine continues with the Olivia Newton-John Foundation Fund, dedicated to researching plant medicine and cancer. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made in her memory to the @onjfoundation"

Olivia Born in Cambridge in 1948, after her two sibling moved to Australia with their parents she won won a trip to London on television talent contest.
Newton-John was recognized with multiple Country Music Association and American Music Awards, as well as four People's Choice Awards.
Newton-John earned the Officer of the Order of the British Empire medal in 1979.
She married to actor Matt Lattanzi in 1984, and shares one daughter daughter Chloe, in 1986. The couple divorced in 1995.
Newton-John was honored with the Companion of the Order of Australia, having become an officer previously in 2006.
Olivia Newton-John and John Easterling got married in June 2008 and remained together till her death.
