The bodysuit showcased her enviably trim waistline and curvaceous legs.
Her busty look was styled with nude fishnet tights.
Her auburn-toned hair was worn in dreadlocks that were styled in a high ponytail that whipped around as she performed.
The Atlanta native got very close to Trevor Dahl of the music group Cheat Codes during the sizzling performance.
Their faces were just inches apart as they sang loud for the roaring crowd.
Later, Bailey delivered a slew of sexy moves for the audience during one particularly suggestive song.
Bailey was among one of many performers at the event, including pop-punk legend Avril Lavigne.
The 37-year-old Canadian singer-songwriter donned a black, knitted sweater and a black pleated mini skirt.

The lights onstage changed from a vibrant orange to a calming blue to matching the mood of her songs.

Country star Maren Morris, 32, showed off her long legs in a sleeveless brown dress covered in sparkling sequins.
She played an acoustic guitar with large tiger print just below the instrument's sound hole. She stood on black heels.
Singer Ryan Hurd, 35, performed onstage alongside Morris. He donned a white coat over a matching t-shirt and pale blue jeans.
Hurd, who married Morris in 2018, put his arm around her as she sang passionately.
Willow played the guitar in a Jimi Hendrix Experience t-shirt and black shorts. The 21-year-old's head was shaved down completely.
Latto, 23, showed off her impressive cleavage in a lavender rhinestone outfit which looked very similar to Chloe Bailey's.
Her hair, dyed light pink, was parted in the middle. It fell down her back.
Country star Luke Combs, 32, wore a black button-down shirt and dark pants as well.
Marcus Mumford of Mumford & Sons fame, 35, donned a dark brown button-down shirt over a black t-shirt underneath it.
Maggie Rogers, 28, sang her heart out in a white minidress and black leather boots which ended just below her knees.

Diddy's 24-year-old son King Combs rapped at the event. He donned a red jersey and black leather pants onstage. His father joined him later on during his performance.
Though he did not perform, Ryan Seacrest presented at the event as did Drew Sidora, Teddi Mellencamp, Kyle Richards and Bobby Bones.
The iHeartRadio Music Festival is a yearly event featuring some of the biggest names in the industry. It's a two-day festival held annually in Las Vegas since 2011.
