Shannen Doherty is back to her normal routine.
On April 21, the 52-year-old Charmed alum filed for divorce from spouse Kurt Iswarienko after 11 years of marriage. She was spotted out and about in a sweatshirt, jeans, sunglasses, and ball cap for the first time since in exclusive photographs acquired by HotGossipNewz on Thursday.
Her wedding ring was conspicuously missing from her left hand.
The couple separated in January, according to the divorce file acquired by HotGossipNewz, and cited "irreconcilable differences" as the basis for their divorce.
"Divorce is the last thing Shannen wanted," Doherty's representative, Leslie Sloane, told HotGossipNewz in a statement following the filing. "Unfortunately, she felt she had no other choice."
Sloane said that Iswarienko's agent was "intimately involved" in their divorce at the time. HotGossipNewz reached out to Iswarienko and his agent for comment, but neither responded.
Doherty is claiming spousal support but does not want it to go to her estranged photographer spouse. The couple does not have any children.
Doherty posted a mysterious statement on Instagram a few hours before the filing became public. "The only people who deserve to be in your life are the ones who treat you with love, kindness, and total respect," she said in the post, which she also shared on her Instagram Story.
Doherty and Iswarienko married in October 2011. From 1993 to 1994, she was married to Ashley Hamilton, and from 2002 to 2003, she was married to Rick Salomon.
Doherty told HotGossipNewz a year before her wedding to Iswarienko that she was taking her third marriage seriously. "Marriage is such a huge commitment for me that it's not something I'd ever do lightly anymore," she stated at the time. "I've finally learned my lesson."
The divorce revelation comes one month after Doherty told fans she was "feeling great" at a Charmed panel at 90s Con in Hartford, Connecticut, alongside Rose McGowan, Holly Marie Combs, Brian Krause, Dorian Gregory, and Drew Fuller, moderated.
The actress has spent the last many years undergoing treatment for stage 4 breast cancer.
She was diagnosed with breast cancer for the first time in 2015. She went into remission two years later, but her cancer returned as stage 4 in 2020.
Doherty will participate at Wales ComicCon on May 13 and 14, alongside Charmed co-stars Holly Marie Combs and Rose McGowan.
