John Stamos Shares One of the Last Photos with Full House Cast, Including the Late Bob Saget

John Stamos is continuing to keep Bob Saget’s memory alive.

In a photo posted on Instagram Thursday, Stamos shared “one of the last’’ pictures the cast took outside the iconic San Francisco home that belonged to the fictional Tanner family. In it, Saget and Stamos are joined by costars Dave Coulier, Andrea Barber, Jodie Sweetin and Candace Cameron Bure.

That is certainly how We deal with the wicked.
For whenever it was said to them ˹in the world˺, “There is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Allah,” they acted arrogantly
and argued, “Should we really abandon our gods for a mad poet?”

“One of the last pictures of all of us in San Fran in front of the iconic Painted Lady,” Stamos, 60, captioned the shot.

Saget died of head trauma in January 2022 at age 65. His unexpected death brought grief to the cast, who reflected on his warmth and comedic greatness in a shared statement. “Thirty-five years ago, we came together as a TV family, but we became a real family. And now we grieve as a family,” the statement read. “Bob made us laugh until we cried. Now our tears flow in sadness, but also with gratitude for all the beautiful memories of our sweet, kind, hilarious, cherished Bob.”

It concluded, “He was a brother to us guys, a father to us girls and a friend to all of us. Bob, we love you dearly. We ask in Bob’s honor, hug the people you love. No one gave better hugs than Bob.”

The statement was signed by series creator Jeff Franklin and stars Stamos, Coulier, Barber, Sweetin, Cameron Bure, Lori Loughlin, Scott Weinger, and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.

Some members of the Full House cast — sans the Olsen twins — reunited for Netflix’s Fuller House revival. The five-season reboot aired in 2016 on the streaming platform, and followed the Tanner kids in adulthood.

As for another reboot (which some fans think should be called “Fullest House”), the cast appears to hesitate without Saget around. “It’s just not the same without him,” Stamos told E! News in October 2022, later adding, “We’ll continue to do tributes to him, but I don’t know about a Full House one, though.”
