Ariana Madix has been candid about the cosmetic work she's had done to maintain her youthful appearance.
Last month, an Instagram user who is an aesthetic physician assistant shared before-and-after photos of the 39-year-old "Love Island USA" host. The user speculated on the various procedures Madix might have undergone over the years.
Plumbing Lip Filler - Volumizing Lip Gloss
"Stunning injectables have entered the villa. Ariana continues to show the Love Island world how cosmetic work can preserve and enhance without aging or distorting," the user wrote, suggesting that Madix had lip filler, volume replacement filler, jawline contouring with liposuction, and blepharoplasty to remove excess eyelid skin.
On July 17, Madix responded to the post, clarifying what procedures she has actually had.
"I’ll tell you what I’ve had! You’re partially correct," the "Vanderpump Rules" star commented. "Tox in 11’s, outer brow, and my neck. Ellevate for my neck in 2019 by @theneckdoctor. Minimal lip filler because my face is too small to handle much, and filler in my chin."
"Absolutely no filler anywhere else and definitely no bleph yet ❤️❤️," she added. "Hope this helps! I’ll keep y'all posted if I do anything else."
The Instagram user later praised Madix for her transparency, calling her a "transparent queen" and encouraging Hollywood to take notes.

While Madix is open about her cosmetic procedures, she also keeps her skincare routine simple. During Elle’s "Waking Up With" video series, she joked about her skin aging. "I think my skin type is just getting older," she laughed. "I have these lines around my eyes."
When asked if she consults a dermatologist or facialist for skincare recommendations, Madix replied, "No, I don’t. I wish I had a dermatologist. Maybe my skin would look better." She added that she's "never been to a dermatologist," except once for a serious issue. "Oh, except for one time when I had melanoma, which was not fun," she recalled.
In 2019, Madix had a melanoma removed from her chest and advised others to be persistent with their doctors. "When you raise concerns with a doctor, be persistent," she said at the time. "They told me I was fine for years."
