Chris Hemsworth has revealed his secret to maintaining his superstar arms, sharing an intense workout routine on Instagram.
The former "Sexiest Man Alive" posted a video on Instagram to promote the new daily arm workouts available in his wellness app, Centr.
"Hey, what’s up legends," began the 40-year-old "Thor" star, holding a weight in each hand. "Check out the 28 Days of Arms program. There’s a new workout for your arms every single day."
Jokingly, he added, "I can’t even count to 28, let alone think of 28 different workouts for your arms, but we’ve got 28 different workouts." He then encouraged, "Get your pump on!" before performing a bicep curl and grunting at the camera.
In the caption, he wrote, "28 different arm workouts for 28 days straight! Great work by the @centrfit team to create this awesome burner for each day to get that extra targeted work this summer. Pairs great with the 28 Days of Core as well!! Go crush it!"
Although Hemsworth has no immediate plans to return as Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he hasn't slowed down in action movies. He recently starred as a post-apocalyptic biker in "Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga".
Producer Doug Mitchell mentioned that one "15-minute sequence, which took us 78 days to shoot," had nearly 200 stunt people working on it each day.
The love for action movies might be a family trait. At the premiere of "Furiosa", Hemsworth told about his kids, daughter India Rose Hemsworth, 12, and twin boys Sasha and Tristan Hemsworth, 10, whom he shares with wife Elsa Pataky. “I've got to hold them on the sidelines,” he said. "They're like, ‘Give me a shot! I want to jump in there, jump in the truck and the bike,’ and so on."
