Kristen Stewart scrubs up very nicely when she decides to put on a frock for a red carpet event, but her fancy outfit didn't stay intact for long at the UK premiere of Twilight: Breaking Dawn last night.
The actress arrived dressed in a floor-length black evening gown paired with matching black stilettos.
...But after posing for the obligatory press photos, she decided to slip into something more comfortable – a pair of Nike sneakers – to get out on the red carpet and greet her fans.
Maybe those mega-heels were giving her blisters?
