Nicki Minaj's husband Kenneth Petty sentenced to three years probation after failing to register as sex offender.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, Kenneth Petty, 44, was sentenced to three years probation and one year of in-house detention after failed to register as Sex Offender. A fine of $55,000 was also imposed on him
Petty was earlier residing in New York and later move in California where he got arrested in March 2020 after being indicted for failure to register as a sex offender.
According to national law, any individual who convicted to first degree attempt rape should be registered after moved on. Petty was convicted in a sexual assault of a 16 year old girl in 1995. He was registered in New York as a Level Two Offender means considered as "Moderate Risk of Repeat Offense".
