English rock band, Oasis announced to celebrate 25th anniversary of their third album "Be Here Now" on August 21, 2022.

Oasis English singer and songwriter, Liam Gallagher, 49, told,

“It’s got ‘Stand By Me,’ right? And ‘Don’t Go Away.’ And ‘D’You Know What I Mean?’ And It’s Getting Better (Man!!). That’s a pretty great album in my book.”

Oasis launched in 1991 in Manchester, U.K. and bursting onto the British music with the massive success of its debut album "Definitely Maybe", the album redefined the musical landscape in England in 1994. The following year, the album "(What’s The Story) - Morning Glory?" which included “Wonderwall,” “Don’t Look Back In Anger” and “Champagne Supernova,” as well as “Some Might Say,” “Roll With It” and “She’s Electric” were bombastic took their music career on higher level.


Gallagher brothers's Oasis jumped from big indie band to world beaters after selling over 22 million copies worldwide. In 1996, Oasis made a headline two nights at the massive Knebworth Park, playing among 250,000 fans.

Oasis's album got massive global success and became the fastest-selling album in British chart history, while topping the albums chart in 15 countries. It was Oasis third and final Platinum album in the U.S.  and worldwide around eight million copies sold in 1997.

Oasis's last album "Be Here Now" to feature the classic lineup of Liam and Noel Gallagher, guitarist Paul “Bonehead” Arthurs, bassist Paul “Guigsy” McGuigan and Alan White on drums.

The 90s best selling album is going to be re-released in a very cool silver vinyl edition in honor of its 25th anniversary.
