Lisa Rinna is sharing her candid thoughts about facial fillers.

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 60, responded to a TikTok video posted by Nicole Smith, an aesthetic physician assistant known online as @lipsandlattes, analyzing her "overfilled look."

and ornaments ˹of gold˺. Yet all this is no more than a ˹fleeting˺ enjoyment in this worldly life. ˹But˺ the Hereafter with your Lord is ˹only˺ for those mindful ˹of Him˺.

"The key with doing dermal fillers or Botox is to maintain your youthful look. Not to alter and change your appearance," said Smith in her Thursday, April 11, upload also shared on Instagram. "They placed too much filler in the cheeks and midface. It completely throws off the full facial balance. With good injection techniques, your results should be undetectable."

After both comment sections became filled with responses such as "I can't believe that's Lisa Rinna!!!" and "I didn't even recognize her," Rinna gave fans an update.

The television personality wrote in the TikTok video's comment section, "Skinvive is not for everyone, and it was not good for me. Luckily we could dissolve it today. Whew."

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration explains on its website that Skinvive is "a gel implant or dermal filler that is injected in specific areas of facial tissue to add definition or reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles."

It was approved by the FDA in May 2023 and is injected into the intradermal layers of one's face "to produce the appearance of smoother skin," according to the website.

“I’ve been really fortunate to get to 60 and be healthy, knock on wood. I keep a very moderate lifestyle. I’ve worked out since I was 16 years old. I live in moderation, even though it seems like I live very loudly and largely. I get my rest. I eat mostly healthy. I’m moderate," she told the outlet.

"I don’t go crazy with anything. So there’s no silver bullet. There’s nothing that I’m super challenged with," Rinna added.
