The reality star reflected on how his past choices have affected his health during the season finale of 'The Kardashians.'
Scott Disick candidly discussed the impact of his past behaviors, acknowledging that he had been "going pretty heavy" with drugs and other activities.
In the season finale of "The Kardashians", Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Khloé Kardashian, and Scott Disick all took a Horvath test, which assesses a person’s biological age based on their health rather than their birthdate.

The results showed that Kim, Kris, and Khloé were biologically younger than their actual ages—Kim, 43, was biologically 34; Kris, 68, was 62; and Khloé, 39 at the time of the test, was biologically 28.
However, Scott, 41, was found to be biologically the same as his chronological age.
"Your biologic age is the same as your calendar age," explained Dr. Matt Dawson, CEO of Trudiagnostic, the company that conducted the test.
"Usually what that means is in your past, you’ve probably not focused on health as much as now," he added.
Scott admitted, "Yeah, there were probably 10, 15 years when I was, uh..." before Khloé interjected, "doing things he shouldn’t be doing."
"I was going pretty heavy on the drugs," Scott confessed.
"Drugs and alcohol," Kim added.
"Yeah, drugs and alcohol were a big, big—" Scott began, with Khloé cutting in, "strippers."
"Strippers were involved," Scott acknowledged. He has previously checked into rehab, with his most recent stint in 2020.

"Prostitutes," Khloé added.
"Prostitutes, not really," Scott clarified, describing it as "Fifteen years of really beating myself down."
"That’s fantastic because we didn’t really know where this was gonna go for Scott," Khloé said, bringing the conversation back to his biological age.
"Yeah, I thought it was gonna be real bad," Scott admitted.
This isn't the first time Disick has addressed how his past has affected his health. He previously told Kris, "All of the beatings that my body took over the years of drinking and partying and running around, my body can't be perfect."
