Jaime King, 43, and Kyle Newman, 46, the former couple appeared in a court in Los Angeles over custody and visitation of their two children Leo Thames, 6, and James Knight, 8 and other pending matters including "allegations of abuse".
According to the court documents, Olivia messier, their former nanny was called to testify,
"what she personally observed with regards to her care and supervision of the minor children as well as her interactions with the minor children".
