Khloé Kardashian is revealing one way she deals with stress — by sweating it out.
During a Snapchat Q&A session with fans, screengrabbed and shared by Page Six, the reality star, 39, called exercising her "therapy" in response to a question about how she handles pressure.
“Working out is my therapy,” she said, “For me, it’s the best way to cope with stress.”
She added: “It keeps me focused. It keeps me strong physically and mentally.”
It will be said to them, “Enter the gates of Hell, to stay there forever.” What an evil home for the arrogant!(The Quran - Chapter Az-Zumar : 72)
The reality star has long been vocal about her love for fitness, and has shared advice with others on how to adopt a workout routine. Back in 2020, Kardashian advised her social media followers to set "small, realistic goals" in the gym and reward themselves for achieving them. "If you mess up, you have tomorrow to start again," she wrote at the time.
Kardashian's candidness about her stress coping mechanism comes just days after her ex and the father of her two children, NBA star Tristan Thompson, was suspended 25 games for violating the organization's drug policy.
The 32-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers player tested positive for ibutamoren and SARM LGD-4033, violating terms of the NBA/NBPA Anti-Drug Program the NBA said in a statement on Monday.
Kardashian and Thompson share two kids — True, 5, and Tatum, 18 months.
The exes have had an on-again-off-again relationship, but she recently told tmrw magazine that she tries to keep things positive with Thompson for the sake of "protecting" her kids.
With me and Tristan, would it be really easy to never talk to him again and to just badmouth him or whatever? Of course. But it's way harder to be nice," she admitted.
But Kardashian said she keeps her emotions in check because "I want my kids to have beautiful relationships with their dad. And if we're blessed enough to have a dad that wants to be there and wants to show up and be hands-on, why would I prevent that from happening?”
