Jon Gosselin and his daughter Hannah recently shared their impressive health journeys in an interview with "Entertainment Tonight".
The father-daughter duo revealed they have collectively lost over 75 pounds since starting their wellness journey in February.
"I feel great," said Hannah, 20. "I'm really happy."
According to the interview, they both received base semaglutide from Dan Holtz's Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center. Additionally, Jon, 47, underwent several CellSound treatments and started addressing his low testosterone. They also committed to daily workouts and maintained a healthy diet.
Jon disclosed that he lost 30 pounds in two months using semaglutide, known by brand names Ozempic and Wegovy, as part of the program from Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center.
The father of eight said the medication helped him "stop drinking" and control his "appetite."
Hannah shared her excitement about her transformation. "When I put on a pair of shorts that I wore two years ago, I danced around my room. I was so happy. It was the best feeling ever," she said. "You probably wouldn't have caught me in a swimsuit last summer. I don't even think I went to the beach. I've been spending my whole summer at the pool, at the beach, out with my friends."
"It really is a confidence booster to look in the mirror and be happy with what you see," Hannah added.
Jon, who shares Hannah and her seven siblings—Alexis, Aaden, Collin, Leah, and Joel, all 20, as well as twin girls Mady and Cara, 23—with ex-wife Kate Gosselin, echoed his daughter's sentiments about increased confidence.
"I think my confidence level has increased. I work out at the beach and sometimes I don't wear a shirt because it's 100 degrees outside. Before, I would just sweat through it, but now I take it off. I have these things called abs. They just appeared," he said.
