Reality star Khloé Kardashian believes the key to success is “a lifestyle change,” as she promotes her partnership with the athletic brand Fabletics on ‘The Kardashians.’
Reflecting on her weight loss journey, Khloé Kardashian shared that she might have considered Ozempic, a popular diabetes drug for weight loss, had it been available during her earlier struggles.
During the July 11 episode of The Kardashians, the 40-year-old reality star visited the Fabletics office to celebrate her collaboration with the athletic wear brand. She emphasized how working out transformed her body and boosted her confidence after years of dissatisfaction with her appearance.
“Exercise brings me joy,” she revealed in her confessional. “Doing something authentic to me, something I genuinely love, makes my heart so happy.”
Khloé admitted that it took time to appreciate the benefits of working out.
“When I was heavier, if Ozempic had been available, I probably would have tried it because I experimented with every other trend,” she said, referring to the diabetes drug now popular for weight loss.
Having previously attempted various fad diets, including the cayenne pepper and lemon juice diet, Khloé realized that the only effective solution is a lifestyle change.
“I want to promote overall health, not just a number on the scale. People should stay active,” she said. “I don’t care about size; it’s about being healthy and stronger for yourself.”
At a Fabletics meet-and-greet, Khloé detailed her current fitness routine: “I do circuit training with cardio intervals, constantly spiking my heart rate up and down.” For photoshoots, she amps up her workouts and rewards herself with a large cheese pizza afterward, describing herself as “a kid’s menu type of girl.”
Khloé also highlighted the significance of partnering with a brand like Fabletics, noting that she wasn’t always selective about endorsements.
“When you’re offered a big check for a post, it’s tempting. Early in my career, I took the money and ran,” she admitted. “But you learn the value of your platform and the power of your voice.”
She concluded, “I don’t want to waste people’s money.”
New episodes of The Kardashians are released every Thursday at 12 a.m. ET on Hulu.

O believers! When you consult the Messenger privately, give something in charity before your consultation. That is better and purer for you. But if you lack the means, then Allah is truly All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
