Amber Heard Asked for Mistrial in Johnny Depp Defamation Case After Wrong Juror Showed Up

Amber Heard plea to declare a "Mistrial" the Johnny Depp's defamation trial against her as "Wrong Juror Showed Up".

The documents claimed that the summoned jury was 52 years old instead of 77 years old who shares the same last name and address. That older person actually served as a juror in the six week trial. Heard asking for a mistrial and plea to order new trial with proper due process.

According to the documents filed with the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Heard's prosecutor claimed,

"based on newly discovered facts and information that Juror No. 15 was not the individual summoned for jury duty on April 11, 2022."

"It is deeply troubling for an individual not summoned for jury duty nonetheless to appear for jury duty and serve on a jury, especially in a such as this," 

"high-profile where the fact and date of the jury trial were highly publicized prior to and after the issuance of the juror summonses."
