Nicki Minaj calls Kanye West a "Clown" during her 2022 Essence Festival When DJ plays "Monster".
Nicki Minaj, 39, was sizzling the audience by her hit performances at the 2022 Essence Festival of Culture held in New Orleans. After sharing few early hits Minaj's DJ began playing "Monster" which was a track from West's 2010 album.
She stopped DJ by saying live on stage in front of her fans,
"A monster though! A monster though! But we don't f--- with clowns,"
When "Monster" song stopped by DJ, Minaj changed the subject and said,
"give a shout-out to New Orleans"
