"I've noticed a significant transformation over the last 30 days by eliminating distractions," shares the country singer.
Morgan Wade has embraced a life off the grid.
In conjunction with her collaboration with Brooks Running, the 29-year-old country music sensation discusses how she maintains her mental well-being by disconnecting from her phone and social media.
"I see this as a digital detox because I'm not mindlessly playing on my phone or scrolling through social media," Wade says. "I've set my phone to Do Not Disturb."
"I try to avoid social media as much as possible. I haven't logged into anything for a month," she continues. "I've been reading a lot. In this past month, instead of picking up my phone every few seconds, I've immersed myself in books."
Adds the "Fall in Love with Me" singer: "Eliminating distractions over the past 30 days has made a huge difference."
Wade explains that her break from electronics and social media has led her to establish a new morning routine.
"I enjoy reading and journaling. I try to jot down a few things I'm grateful for to start my day on a positive note," she explains. "Then, I hit the gym for a couple of hours, making sure I take my vitamins and do all the necessary stuff."
This shift in her routine has allowed Wade to view life from a different perspective and prioritize what truly matters.
"I have to pause and ask myself, 'Are you doing the things that actually matter?'" she says. "I know what makes me feel better, so I push myself to do those things and set a positive tone for my day."
Wade has found that running has greatly improved both her mental and physical health.
"It's beneficial for me to have something to focus on outside of music and everything else," says the star, who recently completed an ultramarathon and plans to participate in more.
She also finds that running fuels her creativity as an artist.
"I come up with all kinds of ideas," Wade explains. "Sometimes I'll stop and think, 'Alright, you definitely need to note this down or make a voice memo so you remember it.'"
Wade's passion for running makes her partnership with Brooks Running an ideal fit. The running shoes, clothing, and accessories company participates in the Let's Run There campaign.
The campaign, according to the company, is "rooted in the understanding that everyone is on their unique path and invites everyone to unlock their best potential."
Teaming up with Brooks Running was an easy decision for Wade, who has been a long-time fan of the brand.
"I was super excited because those are the only running shoes I use," she says. "My friends bought me my first pair of Brooks Running shoes, and I've been using them ever since."
"I was thrilled to partner with a company whose products I already use," Wade continues. "I admire what they stand for, and anything that encourages me to stay healthy and maintain a positive mental space is something I’m eager to be a part of."
The Quran - Chapter An-Najm : 56
This ˹Prophet˺ is a warner like earlier ones.
هَـٰذَا نَذِيرٌ مِّنَ النُّذُرِ الْأُولَىٰ (This [ Holy Prophet ] is a warner from the (genus of the) previous warners...53:56). Hadha is a demonstrative pronoun and points either to the Holy Prophet ﷺ or to the Qur'an.
With reference to the Holy Prophet ﷺ ، it means that in the past, many Prophets were sent to their respective nations, and the Holy Prophet ﷺ is sent to all mankind, and he is not a new thing among the Messengers (علیہم السلام) .
He is well-established in the straight path. With reference to the Qur'an, it means that he has come with a book of guidance which, if complied with, assures them of success in this world and in the Hereafter.
The opponents should fear the Divine punishment.
