Janice Dickinson recently shared insights about her early experiences with plastic surgery during an interview on the "Off the Vine" podcast with Kaitlyn Bristowe.

The 69-year-old, often hailed as the "world's first supermodel," discussed her extensive career and cosmetic procedures. When asked by Bristowe about the point in her career when she decided to undergo surgery, Dickinson recalled, "I was dating Sylvester Stallone, and I was 32."

She mentioned noticing the early signs of aging, particularly jowls around her jawline, prompting her decision to seek plastic surgery. Dickinson and Stallone had a brief relationship in 1994 while he was still involved with his now-wife, Jennifer Flavin. Despite the affair, Stallone and Flavin reconciled and married in 1997, having three daughters together.

During the podcast, Bristowe, 38, related to the experience, prompting Dickinson to recommend a mini facelift, sharing her own experience of maintaining her appearance. She humorously noted that smoking had negatively impacted her skin, advising against it.

When asked if she had any regrets about her surgeries, Dickinson confidently responded, "Oh, no."

Dickinson has been candid about her cosmetic procedures in the past. In 2014, she appeared on "Botched" for a revision of her 30-year-old breast augmentation. Over the years, she has also had a tummy tuck, facelift, and Botox treatments.

In May 2016, Dickinson faced a significant health challenge when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She underwent two lumpectomies and two months of radiation. During that period, she shared her fears about potentially needing a double mastectomy but felt proactive and reassured after seeing the oncology unit's machinery. Despite experiencing some side effects and minor scarring, she expressed relief that she could keep her implants.

"This battle isn’t behind me," Dickinson remarked. "But I will be like a phoenix rising from the ashes. I will see my grandchildren get married. And I have a new purpose: to ensure people get tested. If I can reach just one person, I’ve done my job."
