Tammy Slaton, at 38, radiates joy and confidence as she celebrates her incredible achievements in her weight loss journey.
On August 20, the star of "1000-Lb. Sisters" shared a TikTok video where she danced to Dylan Scott’s “Livin’ My Best Life.” Alongside the dance, she offered a message of inspiration following her remarkable 500-pound weight loss.
“I know I can’t dance, but I’m just here having fun, trying to bring a smile to everyone’s face and spread the message that anything is possible,” she wrote in the video’s caption. “You’re strong. You’re beautiful. You are love. You are enough. Never forget that.”
Her fans quickly filled the comments with words of encouragement, applauding her for the strides she’s made.

Earlier in the week, Slaton reshared a video from content creator Katlyn Foster. The video features a group of seven friends, each showcasing their own weight loss transformation, all set to Andra Day’s empowering anthem “Rise Up.”
In the video, Slaton steps into view, revealing her 500-pound weight loss. The women then join hands and raise them triumphantly as the caption reads, “In total, we have lost 2,078 lbs.! Weight loss warriors.”
After reposting the video, Slaton added a heartfelt note celebrating the milestone she reached alongside her friends.
“Truly absolutely amazing ladies, and I’m so happy to call you all my friends,” she wrote. “I’m so proud of each and every one of you. Not only are you beautiful on the inside, but you’re gorgeous on the outside. Never forget that.”
