Rumors surfaced as Armie Hammer isolated himself in the Cayman Islands.
An American actor, Armie Hammer, 35, was avoiding public appearance after the sexual assault allegations in 2021. According to Variety, a flyer found in the Grand Cayman which showed the Hammer's face and captioned, “I am your personal concierge and am here to help you get the very best from your vacation”. Hammer’s attorney, Andrew Brettler, denied the rumors highlighted by Variety.
An employee from the Marriot hotel which was listed on the flyer revealed that
Hammer is frequent guest and occasionally played golf with some of the staff and someone of them created the flyer and shared copies to other guests as a joke.
The joke converted into serious allegations.
