The Justice League star, Ezra Miller, 26, conducted a meeting at the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank, California, about keeping their upcoming The Flash Movie back on track for its June 2023 premiere.
Miller's CAA agent Scott Metzger and Warner Bros. film officials including Michael De Luca and Pamela Abdy took the commitment from the actor who reassured the franchise and apologized for brining negative attention to the film.
According to Gary Rosen, a crisis management PR expert at Warner Bros said,
"It's a huge investment, and the last thing Warner Bros. wants to do is have this [movie] go away, For this to go on the shelf would be an enormous loss. I would think they want this movie to come out. And since it's not scheduled to come out until June 2023, there's time."
Superhero revealed that he is seeking treatment for complex mental health issue and he also apologized for his violent actions regarding troubling behavior in recent years.
While speaking to Variety, he said,
"Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment,"
"I want to apologies to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life."
He has been arrested three consecutive times in this year and recently charged with felony burglary in Vermont. Last year, he through a chair on a woman and choked her out of a bar in Iceland.
The series of scandals has become public relation issue for Miller and for Warner Bros Discovery who are currently preparing for the release of Miller's solo superhero film, The Flash.
