The reality star welcomed her first child, a son named Alfie, in January 2021, just a year after she and tech professional Tommy began dating.

Ashley captioned the video: 'We have some news...! I'm excited and nervous to share in equal measure... Baby number 2 coming in 2023.

She noted: 'This audio makes me cry every single time!' before adding: 'A little update will be coming on my podcast which will be relaunched tomorrow!'

Ashley and Tommy are already parents to son Alfie, one, who was born in January 2021.

Made In Chelsea's Ashley spent six years single before settling down with Tommy in December 2019, after having first met ten years earlier.

Six months later, the couple discovered they were having their first baby, after her tech professional moved into Ashley's London home amid the coronavirus pandemic.

In July 2020, Ashley announced she and her boyfriend Tom were expecting their first child together, and then heavily documented her pregnancy on social media.

The DJ shared a snapshot of herself cradling her baby bump while posing with her handsome beau in France.

Captioning the image, she wrote: 'I'm beyond excited / nervous to finally be able to share our incredibly happy news with you all - especially given I'm an open book who HATES keeping secrets.'

The following month, she confirmed to Hello! she was expecting a boy, saying: 'Tommy and I are over the moon to be expecting a baby boy.

'Our main joy is that the baby is growing as he should be and appears healthy and worryingly active.

'I was so convinced I was having a little girl, perhaps I was somewhat hoping to raise a little feminist with a strong mind?

'But I know that this little boy will grow up so loved and supported, with great values and the upmost respect for women... and hopefully he'll make a great big brother one day!'

When Alfie came into the world in January 2021, Ashley announced his arrival with a social media post showing her and Tommy holding their son's tiny feet.

She wrote alongside: 'Well hey guys. I just wanted to let you all know that on Saturday 9th January we welcomed our son to the world. He's a very healthy 9.5 pounds, and Snoop is already being the best big brother.

'I cannot wait to introduce him to you all properly, and share my journey with you, but for now we're just getting to know him and focusing on keeping him safe in this crazy world. We're both well and recovering.

'Massive thank you to our amazing team of midwives at Chelsea & Westminster for bringing him safely into the world. I love our NHS. 09.01.2021 - our little Capricorn.'

Ashley - who now lives in Essex with Tommy and their young son - previously admitted she never dreamed of becoming a mum and may not have had children if she didn't fall pregnant in lockdown.

The star told MailOnline she feared losing her identity when she became a mother after spending years living in London as a single woman and prioritising her DJing career.

Ashley explained she hasn't always had conventional feelings towards motherhood but insists you can still be 'an amazing mum' even if it's not something you visualised from a young age.

She said: 'It has never been my dream to be a mum. I don't coo over other people's children, especially if I don't know them.

'I feel like I don't want to lose my identity when I become a mum. For me to be the best mum is for me to still be who I am.

'That's why I'm happy it's been taken out of my hands because if it came down to planning, I don't know if I ever would have.

'I'm still very career focused and I like to invest time in my friends, having children shouldn't mean you have to change.'
