She has been open about her battle with hyperemesis gravidarum during her first pregnancy and admitted one of the side effects is irritability.
And it seems that things got the better of Martha Kalifatidis on Wednesday.
The former Married At First Sight star snapped at her doting fiancé Michael Brunelli when he did his best to make a snack that wouldn't make her sick.
The personal trainer tested how much Vegemite his pregnant fiancée would be able to eat and shared the results to Instagram.
He slathered three different amounts of the spread on each of her Cruskits, ranging from thin to thick.
Michael said he wanted to 'test' Martha and 'see her reaction' to each amount he gave her.
The moment she took the small plate with the food laid neatly atop, she said: 'Babe, how much f***ing vegemite, man? You can't eat that, it's inedible.'
Martha then criticised his choice of plate.
'And honestly, why did you put everything on a tiny f***ing plate when I eat in bed?'
Not ready to accept his fate, Michael insisted the bigger plate was only 'one centimetre bigger' than the one she had.
Martha continued to complain she couldn't eat from the plate - as she munched down on one of her Cruskits.
It comes after the influencer shared a photo of herself at 16 weeks pregnant on Monday, revealing how thin her battle with hyperemesis gravidarum has left her.
In the photo, the soon-to-be mother-of-one looked frail and pale, her clothes hanging off her noticeably thinner frame after a 10 kilo weight loss.
She revealed in her caption that she is now 16 weeks into what has been a difficult pregnancy which left her so sick she could not leave her bed for months.
Martha and Michael announced last week that they were expecting their first child together and explained the reason for Martha's absence from social media was because she is ill with hyperemesis gravidarum, which causes persistent and excessive nausea and vomiting in pregnant women.
