Harry Jowsey may be 26, but he’s still a child at heart.

The Too Hot to Handle star recently reflected on his success on the 32nd season of Dancing with the Stars, during which he made it to the quarterfinals with pro partner Rylee Arnold.

Jowsey credits Arnold, 18, for a lot of lessons learned after spending almost the entire season dancing with her — and he may have taught Arnold a thing or two in return.

And detain them, for they must be questioned.”
˹Then they will be asked,˺ “What is the matter with you that you can no longer help each other?”
In fact, on that Day they will be ˹fully˺ submissive.

“Probably patience,” Jowsey tells with a laugh. “How to put up with a big toddler, I think. She taught me how to dance, which was really incredible. I don’t know what I taught her, probably how to deal with a man child.”

Jowsey also laughs off the status of his relationship with Arnold. The pair sparked romance rumors throughout the season of the ABC reality competition series — though for now, they’re remaining mum on the situation.

And, in fact, they’re not done dancing yet, either. Jowsey will be a special guest joining the Dancing with the Stars Live tour that kicks off in January.

Looking back at his time on the show, Jowsey calls his elimination alongside Arnold during Taylor Swift night a “bittersweet” moment.

“We were so close to the finals. It started to feel real, started to feel like, ‘Ah, there’s a chance that we could do it, that we could make it there,’” he says. “But then it was also good because we were both exhausted and it was getting so taxing. My body was falling apart. Mentally, it was just getting so serious. It was still fun, but it wasn’t as fun as it was the first time we did it, the first dance. The fact that we made it that far was just kind of crazy. It was really nuts.”

Jowsey, who can now add dancer to a resume that already includes reality TV star and podcast host, says that as his star continues to rise, he’s enjoying how people are getting to know him more.

“I think people are starting to realize now how hard I work, which is really cool and it makes me feel good. I feel like I’ve been pushing myself for so long, and I think people would be surprised to know the reason why I’ve got in this space and how important mental health is to me,” he says.

Jowsey is also getting to know himself a little better, too, thanks to his gig hosting Dating Harry Jowsey on Spotify where listeners call in with their own real-life relationships troubles and dating dilemas.

“When I hear people’s problems, it makes me think about how I would approach it and then it helps me in the future when I’m like, ‘Okay, maybe I’m not being the best here or this person’s probably not being the best for me,’ and it helps me get more of a third party perspective on my own situation, which is always good,” says Jowsey.

He adds: “I feel like sometimes when you’re in something, you don’t really see anything else. You’re just in this bubble. So when you get a chance to give people advice on their relationships, it makes you kind of take a step out of yours and look at it.”

Following the Dancing with the Stars tour, Jowsey hopes to move into the world of acting. He’s been busy auditioning, and he says his dream is to work with Will Ferrell or Kevin Hart.

“[Acting] is great. And there’s more longevity and it’s a career and you could actually build off it instead of just getting drunk and being silly,” Jowsey says, nodding to his past on Too Hot to Handle.

And, while he plans to pursue acting, his other love is comedy — though it admittedly may not be his strongest suit.

“I’m not a comedian and I can’t dance, so I don’t really know what I would sell out, but I really want to bring a bunch of people together and just make them feel good,” he says with a smile. “I really want to do a comedy festival or something where I can just give people laughs.”

Jowsey is set to appear as a special guest on the Dancing with the Stars Live tour throughout February and March 2024. More information on tour dates and tickets can be found here.
