Kensington Palace is also confirming the presence of Prince William at the match as a president of the "Football Association" at the Wembley Stadium in London.
The Duchess of Cambridge or their children may join him in the event.
William also tweeted his congratulations to the Lionesses after they beat Sweden in the semi-finals.
