She's set to take to the dancefloor during tonight's first live Strictly Come Dancing show of the series.
And Kaye Adams, 59, got some rehearsals in with her dance partner Kai Widdrington this week as she jested the professional needs to 'teach me how to be sexy' before hitting the stage.
Sharing a behind-the-scenes video to her 142K Instagram followers, the Loose Women panellist filmed her partner, 37, as he demonstrated a 'sexy' dance - teasing it was 'just what the viewers want to see'.
Kaye was paired with Kai during Friday evening's Strictly kick-off launch show, which was pre-recorded earlier this month.
And snapping a video during one of their rehearsals, the presenter admitted: 'This poor man, Kai, is going to have to teach me how to be sexy.
'So, here is Kai being sexy...' she continued, before panning the camera across to the dancer - who struck a model-esque pose as he playfully placed one hand on his face and pouted.
But looking for a bit more from the pro, Kaye prompted 'Do a bit more of a wriggle', as Kai hapilly obliged and shook his body.
'Just what the viewers want,' said the dancer, before the pair both began to laugh.
And taking to the caption, Kaye explained: 'Oh poor @kaiwidd doesn't know the challenge that awaits him #missionmakekayesexy #teamspecialk #kayeandkai #kaiandkaye'.
And their co-stars even took to the comment section, with Helen Skelton, who stars alongside Kaye in the new season - writing: 'It’s the noises from you when he wiggles 👏👏👏😂 😂😂😂'.
Speaking previously to MailOnline and other media, Kaye explained that Kai is a 'complete professional' and 'so good at what he does', after admitting she was initially aprehensive of the 18-year age gap.
But Kaye and Kai weren't the only ones bonding during rehearsals, with Kym Marsh also taking to social media alongside her new dance partner Graziano Di Prima.
Posting a joint video to their respective accounts, the new duo shared that they had come up with a couple name - dubbing themselves 'Team Marshiano'.
Fronting the clip, Kym boogied for the camera as the TikTok remix 'Hola como tale tale vu - 1, 2, 3' played.
The Coronation Street actress then covered the camera, before her partner Graziano waltzed through the door and joined the frame to dance with Kym.
'Do you like our Team name? We cannot wait for this evening show!! Tune in at 6.45 ❤️WHOOP,' wrote the duo in the caption.
