Holker, Allison After her late husband Stephen "tWitch" Boss died without a will, Boss was awarded half of his artistic earnings.
According to court documents acquired by HotGossipNewz on Friday, Allison's request for the Spousal Property Petition she filed earlier this year was officially approved by a judge from the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County.
Though California law states that a surviving spouse is entitled to their deceased spouse's half of their joint estate, the living spouse must still file the petition to prove that they are the spouse of the deceased.
Allison's identity as Stephen's surviving spouse was confirmed in the new documents, which also allowed her "property passing" rights but said that "no administration of it is necessary."
According to the papers, Stephen died intestate, or without a will, and his wife, 35, now owns half of his Goldman Sachs Investment account interest earnings, as well as royalties from Cast and Crew Production Services, Disney Worldwide Services, Inc., GEP Talent Services, and SAG/AFTRA.
According to the paperwork, Allison also acquires half of Stephen's interest in 100% of all shares of Stephen Boss Productions, Inc.
Stephen committed suicide on December 13th. He was 40.
Allison announced her husband's death exclusively to HotGossipNewz on December 14.
"It is with heavy hearts that I inform you that my husband Stephen has left us," Allison remarked. "Stephen brightened every room he entered." Above all, he valued family, friends, and community, and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was our family's rock, the best husband and father, and an example to his fans."
"To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt," she added. "I am confident that there will never be a day when we will not remember him." We need privacy during this tough time for myself and our three children."
Allison ended her remarks with a message for her spouse. "Stephen, we love you, we miss you, and I will always save the last dance for you," she said as she finished.
Allison and the rest of Stephen's family have continued to honour his memory since then, writing moving tributes to him on social media and hosting a Celebration of Life service in February.
Stephen rose to prominence as a competitor on MTV's The Wade Robson Project before finishing second on Star Search. Later, in 2008, he competed on So You Think You Can Dance, finishing as a runner-up and later returning as an All-Star. When the show resumed in 2022, he served as a judge.
