Melissa Rawson and Bryce Ruthven shocked their naysayers by celebrating their two year anniversary on Sunday.

Despite being one of Married At First Sight's most controversial couples, the lovebirds have made it work and are ecstatic to be celebrating this milestone.

Bryce, 33, shared a touching tribute on his Instagram to express the immense love he has for fiancée Melissa, 33, saying: 'Two of the best years with the most kind, genuine and tolerant woman I could ask for.'

He continued: 'I remember when the betting agencies and reality TV nobodies said we wouldn't last more than two months!

'Can't wait to continue writing our own narrative for life. Love you 4EVA babe.'

Melissa shared her own gushing tribute expressing how 'in love' with Bryce she is and how excited she is to marry him 'in a few months'.

'Happy 2nd anniversary Bryce. I am so in love with you and I cannot wait to marry you in a few months,' she wrote.

'Here's to us, our babies, our families and all that have loved us and followed our wild journey. I love you.'

It comes as the lovebirds revealed they have been 'wedding shredding' as they prepare to walk down the aisle for real in five months.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia last Monday, the couple said they have lost a combined total of 15 kilos and are both on track to hit their goal.

Bryce said he was thrilled he has almost reached his target of 10 kilos by replacing meals with shakes for breakfast and lunch.

'I'm about a kilo and a half off it, so I'm about eight and a half kilos down, which has been good,' he added.

Melissa admitted she was also happy with her results.

'My weight loss journey is going fantastic, I couldn't be happier. My goal was to lose eight kilos and I am at seven kilos, so one kilo to go,' she gushed.
