Post Malone resumed his tour in Cleveland, Ohio on Tuesday night after a sudden hospitalization forced him to cancel Saturday's Boston concert last-minute.
In a tweet published hours before showtime, the rapper, 27, confirmed that he would be taking the stage at Cleveland's Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
'Cleveland, I will be singing the F*** outta some songs tonight see y'all tonight,' penned the New York native.
He is also set to perform at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, September 28.
He'll get a two day break before hopping back into the tour grind at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan on Saturday, October 1.
Fans have been concerned about the hitmaker's health after he cited breathing trouble and intense body pains as the reason for canceling last Saturday's Boston concert.
He announced the last-minute cancellation in a post shared to social media just 30 minutes before he was set to take the stage at the TD Garden.
He wrote, 'Boston, I love y'all so f**king much. On tour, I usually wake up around 4 o'clock PM, and today I woke up to a cracking sounds on the right side of my body. I felt so good last night, but today it felt so different than it has before.'
'I'm having a very difficult time breathing, and there's a stabbing pain whenever I breathe or move,' he added. 'We're in the hospital now, but with this pain, I can't do the show tonight. I'm so f**king sorry.'
He then told fans their tickets would be valid for a rescheduled show that he and his team are currently putting together before ending his message, 'Once again, I'm so f**king sorry. I love y'all so much. I feel terrible, but I promise I'm going to make this up to you. I love you Boston, I'll see you soon. [pink hearts emoji]. I'm so sorry. - Love Austy.'
Malone's pain may have stemmed from a fall he suffered during a St. Louis concert last week.
During a performance of his hit song Circles, the superstar rapper fell through a hole in the stage.
He hit his side hard on the opening and was led away by medics who tended to him backstage.
Though he was ultimately fine, Malone had to stop the show early and went to a local hospital to treat his injuries.
In an Instagram message to fans, Malone said, 'They gave me some pain meds and everything so we can keep kicking a** on the tour. I just want to apologize to everyone in St. Louis. I want to say thank you guys so much for coming to the show. And next time I'm around this way, we’re going to do a two-hour show for you so we can make up for the couple missed songs that we missed.'
TMZ reported that he cracked a few of his ribs in the fall, an injury that can make breathing and even the smallest movements incredibly difficult.
While there was confusion and obvious frustration among fans who wanted to see the Sunflower rapper perform, a number of social media users shared their support and well wishes for the superstar.
'I was worried after that nasty fall,' one user wrote. 'You need to take care of yourself first and shows can be made up after. Shows are important yes but your health is so much more important. Speedy recovery to you.'
Another added, 'Hope you are feeling better, it you're in the right place if you need medical help! We have fantastic hospitals. Get well soon buddy ! [sic].'
